Scaling adoption from the C-Suite to the front line
1. The Data & AI Revolution
2025 - Haleon
Led a global team responsible for the enterprise-wide Data & AI Capability and Adoption strategy at Haleon. My priority was to build a culture of literacy first and foremost, then help people understand how to use the strategic tooling available to them. By delivering a best-in-class Executive Leadership program and a full-scale AI literacy campaign for every employee across all roles, we took a full-scale approach to AI adoption. This initiative was recognized for achieving industry-leading adoption rates, specifically by focusing on ethical use, data foundations, and high-value strategic use cases.
Engineering for experiences, not just outcomes
2. The Modern Digital Workplace
2023-2024 - Haleon
Redefined the relationship between Enterprise Tech and the end-user by applying UX Design Thinking to internal engineering and operations. In my role as Employee Experience and Adoption Director in Haleon's Digital Workplace division, I treated ALL employees as customers - optimizing the digital tool stack and end-to-end user-journeys to reduce friction and increase engagement. This approach transformed the internal IT department from a back-end utility into a strategic driver of employee satisfaction and retention.
Embedding a "people first" approach to massive structural change
3. The Global Demerger
2021 - 2022 - GSK / Haleon
Orchestrated the Digital Workplace change strategy for a global workforce during the monumental demerger of GSK and its Consumer business. Navigating over 100 markets and representing over 20,000 employees, I supported a historical digital transition on Day 1, ensuring continuity in productivity and performance of impacted employees. My role was to safeguard the digital employee experience (DEX) during a period of extreme organizational volatility, proving that even the most complex technical separations succeed when they are human-centered.
Securing continuity through Global Crisis leadership
4. The COVID-19 Pivot
2020 - GSK
Accelerated the enterprise-wide transition to Microsoft Teams for over 100,000 global employees at GSK in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. By transforming a long-term roadmap into a business-critical deployment executed in days, I secured seamless continuity for global operations. My strategy prioritized rapid user readiness and the establishment of new digital 'ways of working,' ensuring that a massive, distributed workforce remained productive, connected, and resilient during a period of unprecedented disruption.
